No products purchased during discount seasons, holidays, national occasions, or Ramadan season can be returned. Returns and exchanges are not allowed for special orders under any circumstances. Our valued customers can exchange their purchases within 4 days from the date of receipt, provided that the conditions and terms below are met. The items to be returned must be in their original packaging with their identification tags attached at the time of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. For the safety of our customers, we regret that items cannot be returned if they are not in their original packaging and with their identification tags attached at the time of purchase, and without the original receipt. We regret that any product opened by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases bought at discounted prices during sales, holidays, national occasions, or Ramadan season cannot be exchanged. It should also be noted that any gift received by the customer must be returned along with the purchased items if the customer wishes to exchange them. The customer bears all costs associated with returning or exchanging products, including shipping fees from the customer’s location to the company, as well as the value of the product if its return causes damage or renders it unusable again. The customer bears the costs of the cash refund request, including bank transfer fees (6 SAR) if they wish to receive a cash refund; these amounts will be deducted from the order total.
